    3. Package rates that are bundled with flights or other amenities offered at the casino such as cabanas, buffet, etc.
    4. Rates available on Web sites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
    5. International Web sites.

The Riviera Hotel rate and the comparison rate on another channel must be found, and submitted to generalmanager@theriviera.com, within 24 hours and must be for the same hotel, room type and reservation dates. The same cancellation and advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing the rates must apply. Our Reservations department will verify the claim within 24 hours and inform if the reservation qualifies for the 20% discount and free room upgrade.
  4. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the comparison rate must still be available at the time Riviera Hotel reservation team validates the claim. When a claim covers multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately.
  5. Riviera Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice.
